AT THE TRAVEL AGENCY
AT THE TRAVEL AGENCY: LOOKING FOR A SAFARI:
Travel agent: Good morning. May I help you? Can I help you?
Client 1: Good morning. We would like some information
to organize a journey to Africa.
Travel agent: Are you more interested in the North or the
South?
Client 2: We don’t mind. However, we want to see
animals, because we love them. Lions, giraffes, elephants...
Travel agent: You know, the North is cheaper than the South.
The South is the most expensive destination.
Client 1: Money is not a problem. It’s our honeymoon and
we have got some savings.
Travel agent: Ok, the South is the best option for you. What
about South Africa and the Kruger National Park?
Client 2: It sounds really exciting, but where are we
going to sleep?
Travel agent: Don’t worry. There are two options: the tent
and the lodge. The second is more comfortable than the first. However the first
is closer to nature.
Client 1: Is it safer to get a travel insurance?
Travel agent: Of course, you will be more protected.
Client 2: Could you send us some budgets by email,
please?
Travel agent: Give me two days and you will have the most wonderful
journey of your life!
Client 1 and client 2: Thank you very much for
everything!
Travel agent: You are welcome!
